HOW TO MAKE AN EGG FRIED-RICE
Ingredients :
- 3 eggs
- 1 plate of white rice
- 1/2 piece of chili (diced)
- 2 tbsp of minced carrots
- 1 cup of chopped leeks
- 1/3 cup of cooking oil
- 1 tbsp of soysauce
- pepper & salt
Steps :
- Turn on the stove and put the frying pan on it (Make sure the frying pan is dry and there isn't a drop of water at all. Because wet pan can cause 'small explode' of the oil which can hurt our hand and leave a scorch mark.)
- Heat the cooking oil on it.
- Add the carrot and the leeks, stir fry for a while.
- Add the eggs, scramble it, then add the soysauce.
- Cook until the eggs are half-cooked, then add the rice. Mix it well.
- Add the pepper & salt sufficiently and carefully. Stir it well.
- Add the chili. Stir it well.
- Serve it while it's still hot.
- You can choose the companion, such as crisps, kimchi, shredded chicken/cow, etc.
