Save Your Stomach :p

Yoooo peeps! It's been a week since I made my first blog and wrote my first article about myself. And honestly, I'm really confused about what I'm gonna write on this one. I've been thinking for minutes and I think I've just find something to share.

So, for the last few days, I'd been eating less in my breakfast time, bcs my weight loss suddenly stopped and I didn't know why. At school, I sat right at the position to where the air conditioner bursts its wind. Yeah you know that this situation is very supporting if you want to have the bloated-stomachh-experience.. ahahaha jk! You'll never want to experience that. Based on the story above, I want to share some things to prevent y'all from having a bloated-stomach.

1.     NEVER suddenly reduce your breakfast in a great amount - you may reduce it, but through step by step. Why? Because it's too sudden, your stomach won't be ready. The space which used to be filled by food, will be filled by gas produced by your own stomach. That's why if you want to reduce your breakfast, reduce it gradually, so the gas produced won't be too much and won't cause you any unwell feeling.
2.     Know your soon-to-face condition - before deciding to do something, you have to know the situation you're going to face. If you know that your teacher places you at the wind-bursted place, you have to fill your stomach with the amount of food needed by your stomach. You have to prepare your body well by giving it what it needs in order to avoid uncomfortable feelings in your body.
3.     Adjust your body posture and position - if you manage to be placed/place yourself in a windy area, you have to pay attention on your body posture. If you're sitting, bend your stomach so there is no room for wind to fill. If you're standing, just walk away and find something to cover you from the wind (such as wall, rock, etc).
Those are some tips to prevent the bloated-stomach. But what if you have no chance to prevent it and the wind just succeeds in filling your belly? What should you do?

1.     Double (or even triple!) your meal portion - if you have a bloated-stomach, it means that you haven't eaten enough and your body is asking for more. Doube or triple your meal portion to push the gas outside your body so your stomach will be filled by a real food. Don't be afraid of the weight-gain! If you push the gas by eating clean, trust me, there won't be any weights to gain. But if you cure your stomach by eating randomly without marking on the food's fat and sugar, you'll likely gain weight(s).
2.     (Unless you can't move due to the unwell feeling) Do exercises! - exercising will push the gas out since you move your body. Exercising won't make your body worse, it makes it better.
3.     Drink hot water a lot - Drinking water will stimulate your metabolism since the water you drink has to be absorbed and processed in your body through the metabolism. The more metabolism occurs, the more gas will come out from your body, because your internal organs' muscles will work and they will push the gas out from your body.
4.     Do not consume anything spicy - spiciness will only stimulate your stomach to produce more gases.
5.     Do not consume any dairy products with the lactose contain - dairy products contain lactose which can create excessive gas in your intestine (especially for those who suffer the lactose intolerance [they can't consume the lactose well since they have less lactase enzyme in their body. Lactose without being properly digested will create excessive gas).
6.     Do not consume food containing vitamin C too much - high doses of vitamin C (more than 2000 mg daily) can cause gas in your stomach.
7.     Do not consume starchy food - Starch (carbohydrate) is difficult to digest. In order to break it down, it takes process which can cause intestinal gas. Starchy food includes corn, potato, bread, cereal, pasta, etc. Unlike its 'friends', rice doesn't seem to create intestinal gas.

8.     Do not consume high-sugar/fat food - sugar and fat take a lot of work in order to digest them. The more work your digestive tract do, the more gas will be produced. This is also the reason why you have to fill your stomach cleanly, beside the weight-gain thing.
9.     Do not consume food containing soluble fiber - Beans, nuts, cabbage, broccoli, and other vegetables with the similar texture contain the soluble fiber, which can cause intestinal gas.
10. DO NOT DRINK ANY TEA - tea will cause gas formation and indigestion, so it will make your stomach become worse
Yeahh I know there are so many things to do to cure the bloating. But if you do it properly and correctly, I promise that your stomach will be cured and you'll feel much better! The sign of your stomach-healing can be different from other people. But for me, the sign is when I fart much! HAHAHAH it's disgusting and weird ikr! Actually that fact makes me realize that everything God gives to us is meant to be thanked. Even if it seems useless, disgusting, annoying (like fart x))), actually it takes an important role in our health. Now, everytime I fart, I thank God because I know that my body's condition is well and normal XD!

I hope the tips above can help you to feel better and maintain your body's health!

First Things First

Hi guys!
Before I start writing things, I'd like to introduce myself and tell you about some stories of my life. Soo check it out!

I'm Iorysiella Kongguasa (it's not Lory but iory, since an uppercase 'i' looks like a lowercase 'L' lol), people usually call me iory, ior, ioy (weirdly cute nickname HAHA), ii, yor, iyor, etc. Some people laugh at my name bcs it sounds just like the name of a donkey character in Winnie-the-Pooh, which is eeyore -_- x)). Actually, my mom said that it's a Japanese-Western name. 'Iory' is Japanese, while 'siella' is Western (i don't think so, tho), and 'Kongguasa' is my first name. I personally don't know the meaning of my name. In case you are curious about my name, I promise I will post about it once I know the meaning of it.

I was born on April 4, 2001, in Bandung, Indonesia. When I was a child, I ate a lot. I was so chubby that people often stared at me with this oh-my-God-that-fat-baby-is-so-cute look. Anyway, this is the little-me :

ITS CUTE IKR HAHAHAH kidding x)) I then grew up with the same 'huge' appetite and it makes me almost have an obesity when I was in elementary school. But few years later, precisely when I entered the junior high school, I started changing my lifestyle (some people call it a diet, but I think it's all about a new healthy lifestyle ^^), from eating healthy food, doing a lot of exercise, drinking water a lot, etc. The result is :

Yeayy!! I'm still on the process of losing my weight now. I still have around 4/5 kgs to lose. Hope this process won't be longer anymore heheh xp.

About my family, I have a father named Akira Ranteallo Kongguasa, a mother named Indah Karnain Cindrajaya, a sister named Aikoshenna Kongguasa, and a brother named Kennijiro Kongguasa. I have a wide range of age with my sis and my bro. My bro is 6 years older than me, while my sister is 9 years older. But actually, age doesn't matter, since apparently we are so unified! My dad and my mom are also 'connected' with us. They aren't old-fashioned; on the contrary, they understand the teenager's thingies.

They're gorgeous, right? :p We have varied characters, we argue a lot, but we always make up
and understand each other in the end. They are always there whenever I need them. I'm so blessed to have a family like them!

Moving on to my study.. I'm a high-school student, a freshman. Actually, I'm planning to study abroad to USA (first choice), UK (second), or Australia (least-wanted one) by scholarship. In summary, I'm really looking forward to studying and living in an English-based country. That's why I like English so much and feel really ambitious to learn it deeper and deeper. By making this blog and writing things in English as many as I can, I hope my English skill can be more advanced. Just tell me if I do mistakes, such as grammar errors, vocabulary errors, and other errors :) [please convey it with a proper and respectful manner and language :D]. Your criticism, and also your prayer, mean a lot to me ^^ especially to my effort in getting the scholarship :D

Please enjoy this blog! I'll try to post something once/twice a week if i'm not too busy with school. So, I'm sorry if I sometimes can't post anything at all in a week/2 weeks :(. Also, pardon me if I write offensive / boring things, since I'm still a newbie in this writing and blog world x)

That's all from me! Enjoy your day, fellas! :3
